How much does it cost?

Santa Toyshop Experience: £20 per child

Santa Lunch Experience: £35 per child and £45 per adult

Do I have to buy a ticket for a baby?

If you would like your baby to receive a gift from Santa – Yes.

If you do not require a gift from Santa for the baby and are visiting in a group – No.

Do I have to purchase a ticket and order a Lunch for a baby for the Santa Lunch?

If you would like the baby to receive a meal, then yes.

If you do not need a meal but would still like a baby to receive a gift from Santa, then please email us once you have booked to pay the extra for the gift.

Do I need to purchase a Santa Toyshop ticket accompanying my child?

No. Adults only need to purchase a ticket for the Santa Lunch Experience.

What is included in the ticket price?

Santa Toyshop: A small gift from Santa, photo opportunities for you to take photos and videos, gingerbread decorating, writing a letter to Santa, Christmas Disco.

Santa Lunch: A small gift from Santa, photo opportunities for you to take photos and videos, gingerbread decorating, writing a letter to Santa, Christmas Disco and a 3-course lunch cooked fresh by our chefs.

What is the maximum party size?

Santa Toyshop: We have recommended visiting Santa in groups of 2 children at a time. If you require a larger group please book the timeslots close to each other and let a team member know at check in you would like to visit Santa together.

How do I order our lunch for the Santa Lunch visit?

You will have the chance to select your food choices when booking. Please bare in mind we cannot change the menu choices no later than 3 weeks before your event. For any changes please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you cater for allergies?

Please inform us when booking your ticket of any allergies, and then email us on christmas@thegrangenorthwood.co.uk. Please also discuss this with our check-in team on the day.

How can I contact you?

Please email christmas@thegrangenorthwood.co.uk. We cannot discuss Santa bookings over the phone. Bare in mind response time can be up to 72 hours during busy periods.

If I miss my timeslot, can I join another?

We understand delays can happen. We will try our best to move your slot, so please let us know. We cannot offer refunds. We cannot move or change Santa Lunch bookings.

Will you provide a refund or transfer if I need to cancel?

Please try let us know 10 days before if you need to change or cancel your booking, and we can try our best to change this for you. We cannot offer refunds or changes on Santa Lunch after this time. We cannot be responsible keeping food hot if you are late to Santa Lunch.

Can I take photos in the grotto?

Yes! There will be an opportunity to take photos and videos in the Grotto. Please be mindful of other children when taking photos throughout the rest of the experience.

Will there be any food or drink available at the Santa Toyshop Experience?

The bar will be open serving hot chocolates, cold drinks and light snacks. We will also have merchandise available to purchase.

Are there any SEND sessions/ disability-friendly spaces?

Yes, please email us to book these sessions at christmas@thegrangenorthwood.co.uk so we can discuss your requirements.
